Do you like playing tug of war and disrupting highly ordered organizations, rules, and programs? This lunar cycle has a strong organized vibe that is serious about social order and transformation. Many of us will feel more ambitious in our birth charts’ houses that contain Capricorn.

Romantic energy is conservative and aloof, and the best way to connect with potential partners is to be serious and sincere.

Subtle Transformational Way to Experience the Self

Many of us spend a lot of energy trying to control ourselves…

In The Six People in Every Couple, I wrote about how we can transform relationships by rejecting the common social idea that a person is a defined being. This social idea asserts that a person acts a certain way, has such and such traits and will have expected behaviors. Think about that for a second; this idea holds that we are statues. A better metaphor, for me at least, is a river because my feelings, thoughts, and actions are always changing. And transits have a huge effect on me. 

Many people prefer to have these definitions imposed on them; it is our natural state to have the social groups around us impose limits. However, you or someone you care about may prefer to act with more choice and freedom. The subject of this post is how we tend to impose such limits on our selves without knowing it: we also tend to think of ourselves as acting in certain ways, so we end up squelching many of the choices that are open to us. 

I’ll also share how transits reveal that we are more like the weather than defined beings in defined emotional states. If this sounds interesting, come along as we explore it and discover where it leads!

Love and Space

There are many ways we can say “I love you” to our lover, spouse, or friend, and the strongest expressions don’t involve words or material gifts. Our most powerful communications are actions, not words, which are mental artifacts. “Actions speak louder than words.” Actions are the language of the Limbic system and Reptilian brain.

When you are in a love relationship, be it 5th house or 7th house, you can say, “I love you” most poignantly by giving your other space in which s/he can experience her/himself. You may find this a bit odd, but bear with me as we hike into a mysterious part of the forest…
